Eat, Play, Love

EAT:
I ate it yesterday… I’m not talking cookie dough! I’m talking pavement! It’s raining and I’m walking along in my husband’s worn out Rainbows (flip flops) and I slipped and landed on my ankle. I just sat there like an idiot thinking… “I can’t believe I fell!” My mom was over and of course I was instantly a big baby. I was brimming with childhood satisfaction when I showed “my mommy” the bloody scrape on my wrist. It was like proof that I was really hurt.

PLAY:
The instant Hot Hubby gets home from work…

Daddy is much more fun than mommy. He can do all sorts of sound effects!

LOVE:
I love buying books for my kiddos. I have this thing where I get the kiddos a book for every holiday. I was browsing the Valentines section and found this lovely little book…

Snuggle Puppy! a little love song by Sandra Boynton

Yes that would be a great blog post…. let me know when you write it. I would love to read it. I'm going to be searching & praying for one for each of my kiddos. Thanks for the inspiration. 🙂

your kiddos are just adorable! I wanted to tell you thanks for the sweet comments and how much I love the idea about “life verses”. Tell me more or write a blog and then send me the link. How do you come up with one for each child? I’ve had this idea before but don’t know how or what to do. I know my own life verse… Psalm 113:9

    God Bless, KC

We LOVE the Snuggle Puppy book! A friend lent it to us for a while, and we loved it, and then we got the Philadelphia Chickens CD and the song is on there, and then today I went out and bought the book at the store to give to my little girl for Valentine’s Day. Enjoy it!

PS I’ll catch my little one singing the Snuggle Puppy song randomly throughout the day – so cute!
