Did HotHubs approve this pic before you posted it? 😉 Awesome family time. Should help you be more limber for labor! Man, can’t believe I’m missing out on your entire pregnancy… 🙁 🙁 🙁

No approval… poor guy! The yoga has been so helpful. I used to be super flexible and now I can only touch my toes. All the P90X stuff has been pretty cool!

Have you heard of it? It is pretty amazing. His Dr said he had to get more active. He wasn’t overweight but his blood pressure is high. It just happened that a few work buddies were doing it so after we put the kiddos down he has been very diligent about getting the 1-1.5 hour workouts done. AND we have seen HUGE results in the 3 weeks he has been doing it. It’s pretty amazing. He isn’t even doing the diet, just the workouts.
