When a Box is Not "Just" a Box

Remember when Eli “helped” me get out all the foil and I had loads of foil to get rid of?

One of our great foil creations was this rocket ship…It’s had a bit of wear and tear since we made it but it is endless hours (minutes) of F-U-N!
Be sure to draw loads of controls and buttons for more make believe realism (LOL)!

Click here to print out the controls I made.

We have had more fun playing in this box that is so much more than a box.
The kiddos just keep adding scribbles.
I just keep counting down from 10.

Wanna see when Marcy’s son (from the Glamorous Life Association the host of yesterday’s giveaway) made a box into so much more than a box. Click here.

Okay, that is super cool… is it still together? Iris would love to take a ride in Eli's rocket ship!

Boxes are the best toys – sometimes I wonder why I spend $ on toys when all they really want is the box. Cute rocket!

My son would think this is the coolest thing. We have a "tent" rocket that has a little tube you crawl through to get to the rocket part. The kids end up tipping it over and rolling down the drive way..or wherever they happen to set it up…even the big kids want to play…all boys love a rocket! Ours didn't have the cool dials/buttons and color graphs. Kudos for being very creative! 🙂
